My Behaviour Change
I've decided to focus on the environmental health because its the dimension in which I received the lowest scoring. I received a score of 20 out of a possible
40. This means based on my score that, in terms of the environment, there are
areas in which I could make an improvement.
If I want to improve my overall health, more specifically in my environmental dimension it would require me to make my actions either “always” or “most of the time” in frequency; instead of “sometimes” and “rarely, if ever”. This includes being more conscious of the amount of water I use while bathing and brushing my teeth, being more aware of the recyclability and packaging of products I purchase and improving my habits of recycling and reusing products, like grocery bags, aluminum foil and water bottles.
