Social HealthDefinition
Social Health is a person’s ability to interact with those around them, as well as, their ability to create personal relationships. Score on “How Healthy Are You?” assessment I scored 32 out of a possible 40. This means that although my health is this dimension is good, there is always room for improvement. What Does This Mean For Me ? When first introduced to people I tend to be more shy and introverted. But once I get comfortable and used to other people’s personalities I am able to open up and become more social. For example, within the first few weeks of school because I do not know any of my classmates I’m more reserved and to myself, but as time goes on and I get used to their personalities I “loosen up” and become more social and outgoing. I can see where I could improve to good health in this dimension, but I can help my personality. |
