Mental health is the ‘logical’ aspect of health. It is defined as a person’s ability to reason, their judgement, and decision making skills.

I scored 31 out of a possible 40. This dimension falls within the range of "good" which means, I understand the importance of this aspect of health in my life I just have to improve my practices.
What Does This Mean For Me ?
In the intellectual dimension, like other, there is always room for improvement. I understand the importance of thinking situations through logically and not solely based on emotion. Decisions must be made based on facts. For example, I do not try out a product without asking the people around me for their opinion or looking up information beforehand. I am the type of person who likes to have and plan, I stay away from doing things on a whim because often times there are perspectives or possible outcome of the situation that I may not be seeing.
